Return Policy

If for any reason you wish to return or exchange your Osprey Initiative product, you may do so within 30 days of receiving your product.

In order to return your item(s) within the 30 day return period, please send an email to sales@osprey.world with the subject line “Return Merchandise” so our team can handle your concerns and questions one on one. Our team will provide you with the shipping information you need so we can safely receive the returned product.

Please DO NOT send bracelets in a letter envelope because it will be processed through an automated machine that ruins the item during the return. It must be shipped as a parcel and not a letter.

Items not eligible for return are sale items marked as “Final Sale”, washed/worn merchandise, and drinkware. Please note that the customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with a return unless otherwise stated by the company.

Your refund will be processed back to the same payment method used. Once we receive the item(s), we will inspect the returned package at our facility. A notification will be sent to you once the return is approved. When the return is approved, your refund will typically appear within 3-5 business days.

We do request up to 10 business days from receipt of your return package to process your items and issue your refund.
