Conner grew up in Fairhope, Alabama, where time spent outdoors helped spark his appreciation for clean, healthy waterways. After earning a Bachelor’s in Marketing Management from the University of South Alabama, he joined Osprey Initiative in August 2022. Today, he plays a key role across multiple areas: leading field crews in daily tasks such as safety discussions, litter abatement, and tracking devices and zones; supporting business development by organizing action items and maintaining the proposal tracker; and helping ensure Mobile’s curbside and commercial recycling programs run smoothly.
Conner loves seeing the visible difference Osprey makes in both waterways and communities, along with the wildlife that benefits, especially turtles. He hopes more people understand how simple actions, like keeping clean plastic bottles free of trash, can make recycling more effective.
