Ellie Mallon is an Executive Operations Lead at Osprey Initiative who combines her passion for biology with hands-on environmental work. She earned her B.S. in Biology, with a concentration in Marine and Organismal Biology, from Spring Hill College in Mobile, Alabama. Originally from Carmel, Indiana, Ellie enjoys hiking with her dog Archer, fishing, kayaking, reading, and photography.
Ellie values working at Osprey because it allows her to make a direct positive impact on the environment while also teaching others how they can be part of the solution to litter problems. One of her most memorable cleanup discoveries was finding four driver’s licenses, three credit cards, and a flip phone all in the same section of a creek — making her wonder if a spy was dumping old identities!
