Sky Sandridge has been with Osprey Initiative since April 2023, overseeing field operations and managing multiple crews in the Mobile area and surrounding regions. Sky ensures that all projects meet high standards and deadlines while coordinating schedules and providing leadership to keep everything running efficiently. Originally from Harvest, Alabama, Sky holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Philosophy from the University of South Alabama and is currently pursuing a master’s in Biology.
Sky enjoys the wide range of skills gained on the job—from hands-on tasks like carrying out tactical clean-ups to writing detailed project proposals. Sky hopes more people understand that litter never truly disappears, breaking down into harmful microplastics. When not working, Sky loves hiking, gardening, and crafting pottery.
