Trevor Besse joined Osprey Initiative in March 2023 and plays a key role in managing projects and expanding the company’s presence in Louisiana. Based in Amite, LA, Trevor combines client relationship management with financial oversight, ensuring successful outcomes for every initiative. He also leads efforts to grow Osprey’s regional impact through business development, proposal writing, and strategic planning.
With a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and minors in Business and Technical Sales from Louisiana State University, Trevor brings a builder’s mindset and strong leadership to environmental problem-solving. He values the opportunity to create lasting change while working alongside a dedicated team and mission-driven clients. When he’s not out in the field or meeting with partners, Trevor’s recharging outdoors, on the soccer field, or catching the latest game with friends.
