Since joining Osprey Initiative in March 2022, Yael Girard has played a vital role in managing complex and non-routine projects, from federal grant applications and RFP submittals to international work and pilot program designs. She provides key leadership in safety oversight across Osprey’s local offices and supports project managers with developing strong proposals and reporting documents.
Yael brings a unique perspective shaped by her background in conservation and innovation. She values Osprey’s ability to bridge the gap between mission-driven environmental work and the agility of a for-profit model.
